About Logiffine

Logiffine is a joint venture initiated by two major real estate players who identified an urgent need for providing high-performance logistics platforms in France that respect the latest regulations and the environment.

Macquarie Global Property Advisors, real estate fund advisors active in Europe and in Asia, have joined forces with Concerto Développement-Groupe Affine, whose developments of latest generation logistics platforms and warehouses total more than one million square metres in Europe. Their common ambition is to establish a network, under the name of Logiffine, using the expertise and the extensive logistics real estate experience of their respective teams, who focus on modern occupiers’ needs and requirements.
