Logiffine starts building two speculative schemes – simultaneously!

As part of the company’s policy to establish a solid network of platforms throughout France, Logiffine has already started building its first schemes in Montéléger in the Rhône-Alpes, next to Valence, and Hem in Nord-Pas de Calais, next to Lille.

These developments are ideally located for south-east France and southern Europe and north-east France and northern Europe. They are due to be completed in stages between late 2007 and end of 2010. The first building in Valence, with a total of 18,482 sqm, was delivered on 10 December 2007. The building in Lille will be delivered in April 2008 and will be 42,604 sqm.
